For Master's or Specialist programs, there is no university-wide requirement for nationally standardized graduate admissions tests. Units may wish to require a standardized graduate admissions test as part of their admissions criteria for one or more of their degree programs. In cases where a standardized admissions tests are required by a unit, these scores are considered official only when they are sent directly to the Office of Graduate Admissions from the testing agency.
For Doctoral programs, there is a university-wide requirement for nationally standardized graduate admission tests: the Graduate Record Examination revised General Test (GRE), the Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT), the Miller Analogies Test (MAT), or an equivalent test.
